Terms & Conditions for Website Development.

1. You must be 18 years or older for prepare your website with us.
2. For website we can develop any type of module as per your requirements, module cost will be as per the suggested by us, you will be responsible for using site module and adding content on site.
3. You will not own the right over Coding and Programming of your website build by us. The Coding, Programming, Admin panel/cms are property of VT Web Solution. You can use website Admin/cms as long as you will run your website with VT Web Solution.
4. You understand that FTP access will not granted for website to any clients or any individual(s) person for that client. Client can manage website using admin panel provides by us (if cms based site) otherwise client can ask us to update content for their website, we will charge as nominal amount for content updates for your HTML site
5. You must pay monthly hosting charge (if applicable) regularly to keep your website live on our server.
6. You must pay upfront payment before starting work on your website. Upfront payment will be vary depending on the project cost.
7. You must NOT put child porn or hardcore porn content on your website otherwise your website will be removed without any prior notice and we are not responsible for any content uploaded on your site and you are not eligible for any Refund.
   
   Following type of content will be Prohibited: adult, porn, erotic, bondage, sexual intercourse, genitalia, sexual positions, hardcore, soft core, full frontal male nudity, or any pictures on this kind.
8. You are responsible for all legal ramifications of your website.
   
   You understand that you must own copyright for all images OR you have written consent and permission from the photographer(s) for images used on your website content. VT Web Solution is not responsible for any content uploaded on your website.
9. You understand that VT Web Solution is a website solution provider and not a business development agency, so we cannot guarantee any amount of income or employment from your website. We are also not responsible for any legal issue raised due to any content uploaded on your website or any type of loss occurs in your business.
10. You understand that if you slander, disclose company information or misrepresent VT Web Solution to any 3rd party, VT Web Solution reserves the right to cancel or remove your website from our server without further notice and you will not get any type of refund related your website.
11. We have rights to change Terms and Conditions any time without any prior notice and you are agree to accept all terms conditions listed above.
